Transformation plans are suitable for women who wish to undergo cosmetic procedures, such as liposuction, abdominoplasty, breast implants, etc. A pre- and post-operative plan is designed to ensure the success of the surgery and long-term results, focusing on nutrition, physical exercise, psychotherapy and lymphatic drainage, as well as monitoring throughout the process. The transformation protocol is recommended for those who wish to change their habits and improve their overall health, with nutritional monitoring, a personal trainer and a psychologist. All plans, as well as the protocol, are 100% customizable.

On the Advanced plan, the follow-up is 3 months and on the Premium plan it is 6 months. The transformation protocol is designed for 12 weeks, which is equivalent to 3 months. However, the follow-up throughout any plan is close, with weekly consultations and sessions and daily communication via WhatsApp to answer any questions and make the necessary adjustments for a better experience.
